- Construction material: Manufactured from 3 mm Corten steel delivered with an untreated surface that will gradually develop a natural protective brown red patina similar to rust.
- Cooking area: Two removable stainless steel cooking racks provide flexible cooking levels with one rack 118 cm (width) x 50 cm (depth) and one rack 118 cm (width) x 90 cm (depth), and a cooking tray 118 cm (width) x 60 cm (depth).
- Capacity: Combined capacity of the two racks is approximately 70 kg of meat at once.
