Torque spanner with ratchet 1/2" silver plated Draper Tools

• Torque spanner with 3/8" ratchet ideal for both professional and occasional use.
• The spanner handle has a rotating barrel which is used to precisely set the desired torque mechanism with engraved Nm and lb-in scales.
• The spanner produces an audible "click" and slightly releases tension when the set torque is reached.
