Resigres custom-made shower wall panels

• Shower wall panels.
• Ideal replacement for tiles or to renovate bathroom walls.
• These panels are custom-made in Akrytan. This material is composed of polyurethane resin and mineral composite. It is a type of high-performance thermoplastic that improves the quality of products, in comparison to conventional resins. 
• Available in different textures and colours.
• Custom-made in different height measurements up to 120cm. Please specify desired height measurement.
• Custom-made in different length measurements up to 110cm. Please specify desired height measurement.
• Panel thickness: 0.8cm. 
• Compatible with all the standard and custom-made shower trays from Resigres. 

If you need more than one wall panel, add them to the shopping cart as separate products and specify desired measurements for each panel.

• This product is custom-made. Custom-made products have a no return policy. Products may only be returned in case of breakage during shipment or product malfunction.
• Once your order has been confirmed, you may cancel or modify your order only within a 24-hour period. No returns will be accepted after this period.

How to install bathroom wall-panels: 

1. You must first prepare a concrete or mortar base and make sure that your walls are level. Keep in mind the panels' thickness.
2. Once the concrete or mortar is dry, apply Sikaflex or any other polyurethane sealant and install the panels as if they were tiles. Do not install the panels on wet concrete, as it can damage the panels, rendering them unusable. Cement adhesive is not recommended for this type of installation. 
3. Lastly, you must fill the joints. You may use polyurethane sealant. 

* We recommend that the shower panels be installed by a qualified professional to ensure a  proper installation.

• In some cases, the thickness may vary across the panel, given that the moulds used to make the panels have irregular shapes to obtain different textures and finishes.
