• This electric rotisserie is made of 18/10 AISI-304 stainless steel 1.5 and 1 mm thick.
  • The spades, bearing and skewers are also made of stainless steel.

• It has large-capacity juice trays, which are designed to collect even the oil that may spill over the glass.
  • This glass is tempered with magnetic closure, and pivoting opening, equipped with bakelite handle, so that all the heat is used with the consequent saving of consumption and also more hygiene.
• Contains 4 swords for 20 chickens.

Technical data:

• It has individual geared motors, which rotate the swords at 4 revolutions per minute, with the corresponding switch, which guarantees that it can never be left without working due to breakdown, as all the motors would never fail, after years of use.
• Firing is carried out by means of tungsten resistors, embedded in the ceramic box and protected by a scotch glass.
  • This system allows a saving of up to 40% compared to traditional heating elements, and simplifies cleaning, as it is really easy when using the right product and when the plates are cold.
• It contains a seismostat equipment, with 6 positions (gears), which activates and deactivates the energy, keeping the heat constant, according to the determined position.
• Protected by the corresponding contactor and with a luminous pilot light, indicator of operation.
