Product description:

• Bain-marie tank made of 18/10 AISI-304 stainless steel.
• It is a built-in element, with a system of fixing to the worktop of the buffet, which avoids the filtration of liquids.
• It is controlled by a digital thermometer-thermostat and a luminous on/off switch.
• The working temperature is from 0° to +90° C.
• It has a concealed safety thermostat.
• The internal edges are rounded to facilitate the cleaning of the tank.
• The heat is provided by silicone heating elements, placed in the lower part of the tank, in the insulated area.
