Product description:

• 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel construction.
• To work with ventilation box, (with motor-fan) at a distance.
• The dimensions of this product are: 250 cm wide x 95 cm high x 150 cm deep.
• As standard, with 500x500x50 mm stainless steel louvred filters, which are placed in a channel, without intermediate uprights, and in an inclined position, easily removable.
• It contains a one-piece grease collection tray with a screw cap for drainage and cleaning.
• It is built with a profile around the entire perimeter to collect oils produced by condensation.
• It has a plenum with grilles, distributed along its entire length, to supply air and thus avoid draughts, as 70% is supplied by means of another ventilation box.
• It also saves consumption of the air conditioning in the dining room, which is sucked in through the doors.
• It also has control dampers on each filter, which can be used to regulate the suction of each filter, depending on the cooking appliance.
• The extracted air is extracted through another plenum.
• It is advisable to install low consumption or led lights in any hood, as the hood itself deprives the cook of light.
