- Reversible 4 element design This radiator can be installed with either a flat front or a vented front finish depending on the chosen aesthetic style.
- Element connection Elements are coupled using 1 inch right left threaded sleeves with a sealing gasket to ensure watertight joints.
- Important: Radiator valves and lockshield valves are not included and must be selected separately from the product options.
- Material and manufacture The radiator is manufactured by high pressure die casting from aluminium alloy and each element is formed by injection moulding for consistent quality.
- Measurements of the element: Element height 671 mm, centre distance 600 mm, element width 80 mm and element depth 82 mm.
- Dimensions: 671 mm (height) x 320 mm (width) x 82 mm (depth) for a 4 element assembly.
- Pressure resistance The aluminium construction is corrosion resistant and each radiator is pressure tested to 9 bar with a recommended service pressure of 6 bar.
- Finish The paint system uses a two coat finish with an electrocoated primer to provide durable corrosion protection.
- Low temperature operation The product is especially suitable for working in low temperature heating systems.
- Air vent Always fit an air vent to each radiator to ensure proper bleeding of trapped air.
- Water treatment System water must be treated to maintain a pH between 5 and 8 to protect the radiator and system components.
- Weight per element 1.63 kg per element.
- Maximum operating temperature 110 °C.
- Optional: Installation kit 1/2 inch available for two pipe or single pipe installations with right or left versions, a set of two wall brackets recommended for ten or more elements, lockshield elbow 1/2 inch Baxi with M24x1.5 connection to allow circuit isolation, compression fittings for 15 mm copper pipe series NT and 200, manual shut off valve series 200 1/2 elbow in brass with double regulation and one turn travel between open and closed positions, and thermostatic valve NT 1/2 elbow with brass body and double regulation including a special sealing gasket for direct mounting to the radiator emitter.
