AGM C20 battery with 220 Ah capacity and 12 V AGM Deep Cycle voltage Victron Energy
Victron Energy - BAT412201084
New product
Description and specifications
- This is a 12V C20 battery, AGM "Deep Cycle" model.
- It is a low internal resistance battery, ideal for applications where a high discharge current is required, e.g. inverters, boosters, motor starters and winches.
- This battery is hermetically sealed, with VRLA technology.
- There will be gas leakage at the safety valves only in the event of overcharge or component failure.
- It is maintenance free.
- AGM stands for "Absorbent Glass Mat".
- In these batteries, a glass fibre mat is placed between the plates, which absorbs the electrolyte by capillary action.
- It is suitable for supplying high currents for short periods.
- This battery can be stored for a long time, thanks to the use of lead-calcium grids.
- The self-discharge rate is less than 2% at temperatures of 20 °C.
- The self-discharge rate doubles for every 10 °C increase.
- In a cool environment, this battery can be stored for one year without recharging.
- Even after deep discharge, this battery has an outstanding recovery capacity.
- Note: Frequent deep or prolonged discharges have negative consequences on the service life of the battery.
- At temperatures of 20 °C the battery has a service life of 7 to 10 years.
- It has a nominal capacity of 220 Ah.
- For a discharge of 20 hours, it can deliver a voltage of 10.8 V.
- Its depth of discharge is 100 %.
- The cold-start current is 650 A.
- Per normal cycle, the absorption voltage is 14,2 - 14,6 V.
- The float voltage is 13.5 - 13.8 V.
- And the storage voltage is 13.2 - 13.5 V.
- In fast recharge cycles, the absorption voltage is 14.6 - 14.9 V.
- The float voltage is 13.5 - 13.8 V.
- The storage voltage is 13.2 - 13.5 V.
- CAP. RES. is 250 Ah.
- It is 522 mm wide, 240 mm high and 238 mm deep.
- Weighs 65 kg.
