- Product: Front shower screen BASIC model with one sliding door and one fixed panel, designed for shower enclosures.
- Dimensions: 195 cm (height) x 95–200 cm (width adjustable) x 6 mm (glass thickness).
- Glass: Manufactured in 6 mm toughened safety glass which is more elegant and, if broken, fragments into small pieces that remain contained within the frame.
- Profiles: Aluminium profiles and fittings in a polished silver finish, featuring minimalist straight line profiles and no lower profile.
- Operation: Sliding opening system with doors fitted with rollers that run along the upper guide for smooth movement.
- Closure: Closure is via a bubble rubber seal inserted into the sliding leaf which engages into a U shaped vertical stainless steel profile for a secure shut.
- Sealing: The unit includes vertical drip seals between the sliding leaf and fixed glass, plus a lower rubber waterstop and a metal waterstop 1 cm high x 0.6 cm wide to ensure watertightness despite the absence of a bottom guide.
- Adjustment: Vertical profiles 2.3 cm wide allow adjustment to correct out of plumb walls and ensure a proper fit.
- Installation: The upper guide is cut on site to the required size during installation, and overall widths can be selected from 95 cm up to 200 cm with opening widths varying between 36 cm and 81 cm depending on the chosen size.
- Maintenance and extras: The screen is reversible and features an integrated release system in the lower guider to remove the leaves for easy cleaning, and it includes EnduroShield anti limescale treatment as standard which forms a permanent invisible non adhesive protective layer; GME supplies all spare parts and offers specialist technical service for installation and handover, contact us to arrange this service.
