- Roof: The roof is made from water-resistant 12 mm OSB-3 plywood. OSB-3 is an oriented strand board designed for structural applications in damp conditions.
- Roof covering: The roof has grey bitumen shingles and supports a maximum load of 120 kg/m².
- Guttering: Grey tin gutters complete the external roof drainage system and complement the shed's coordinated appearance.
- Side wall: The water-resistant 12 mm OSB-3 side wall provides a solid structure for the side enclosure.
- Windows: Two fixed glass windows measuring 76 x 62 cm (height x width) let in natural light and brighten the interior. As they are fixed, they are not suitable for ventilation by opening.
- Doors: The lockable double doors measure 180 x 154 cm (height x width), making it easier to access the shed and move larger items in or out.
- Floor: The 15 mm LP ProStruct floor with SmartFinish coating is designed to complete the shed's interior structure.

- Delivery: Delivery is made by large lorries to the front door of the property. Check in advance that the vehicle and its load can access the delivery location. A contact telephone number must be provided; if the buyer cannot be reached, the carrier will not make the delivery.
