- Model and design: Timbela model M940B is an outdoor garden shed with three side walls, designed to be installed against an existing wall of your home to make better use of the available space.
- Usable area: 11.47 m², suitable for storing tools, garden furniture, bicycles and other outdoor items. The floor is not included, so a suitable base must be prepared before assembly.
- Dimensions: External dimensions without the roof are 236 x 486 cm, and external dimensions with the roof are 248 x 530 cm (length x width). The height is 192/231 cm, depending on the point measured on the structure.
- Wall panels: 10 mm thick LP SmartSide wood panels treated with zinc borate, resins, wax and a primer coat. This composition is designed to improve resistance to warping, temperature changes, high humidity and bending.
- Frame: The 60 x 60 mm frame is designed to provide a sturdy structure in demanding weather conditions, including strong winds and heavy snow loads. It can be insulated to improve interior comfort and energy efficiency.
- Roof: 12 mm water-resistant OSB-3 board. OSB-3 is an oriented strand board intended for structural applications in damp conditions. The roof includes a bituminous underlay and grey bituminous shingles, with a maximum load capacity of 120 kg/m².
- Gutters: Grey tin gutters are integrated into the roof design to collect and channel rainwater.
- Windows: Two fixed glass windows measuring 76 x 62 cm (height x width) let in natural light and brighten the interior.
- Doors: Double doors measuring 180 x 154 cm (height x width) have a lock and make it easier to access the shed and bring in bulky items.
- Colour and finish: The wall panels are finished in CAVERN STEEL. The LP SmartSide panels and wooden parts must be painted before or during the finishing of the shed, following the relevant assembly and treatment instructions.
- Weight and assembly: Weighs 635 kg. The product is delivered unassembled and requires assembly. Delivery is made by large vehicles to the property entrance, so check in advance that the access route can accommodate vehicles and equipment of this size.
- Delivery requirement: A working telephone number must be provided to arrange delivery. If the carrier cannot contact the buyer, the goods cannot be delivered.
