- Application: ideal for renewing deteriorated patches of grass, avoiding total replacement and facilitating rapid recovery.
- Soil preparation: remove weeds manually or with specific herbicides, mow the lawn very low and work the soil with rakes or aerators forming grooves 1–2 cm deep.
- Fertilisation: it is recommended to apply a nitrogen rich fertiliser before sowing and to fertilise periodically during the season to encourage growth.
- Sowing period: best sown in March, April, September and October, although it can also be sown in February, June, July, August and November while avoiding drought or extreme cold.
- Sowing: distribute the seed by hand with cross passes to ensure even coverage, cover with sand or soil, compact with a roller and water generously.
