- Wall panels: 10 mm LP SmartSide wood panels made with a combination of zinc borate, resins, wax and primed coating. This composition helps improve the panels’ resistance to warping, temperature changes, high humidity and bending.
- Timber frame: 60 x 30 mm timber provides stability for the walls and roof. The structure can be insulated if you wish to improve the garage’s usability and energy efficiency.
- Roof: 12 mm water-resistant OSB-3 plywood with a grey bituminous covering included. The roof’s maximum load capacity is 120 kg/m²; this limit must not be exceeded.
- Temporary bituminous covering: Designed to provide short-term protection. An additional covering of bituminous shingles is recommended to extend roof protection.
- Finish: Tundra Grey finish, with a paint kit included for the wall panels. The LP SmartSide panels and timber parts must be painted after installation to complete their treatment and finish.
- Electric roller shutter: 229 x 187 cm (width x height), made from extruded aluminium profile and supplied with 2 remote controls. Electric operation makes it easier to open and close the main entrance.
- Doors: 77 x 180 cm (width x height), with a lock to secure the storage space and protect access. The electric roller shutters are designed to connect to standard European Union power sockets.
- Windows: 2 integrated glass windows, each measuring 14 x 99 cm (height x width), provide natural light inside the garage.
- Included fittings: Grey tin gutters and ventilation grilles help manage rainwater and promote airflow inside.

- Assembly: The garage is supplied flat-packed and requires assembly and installation at the chosen location. Flooring is not included.
