- Premium wooden garage: Timbela M991B is designed to store cars, motorbikes, bicycles, tools and garden machinery, with a usable area of 17.20 m² and a wood finish in the commercial colour Terra Brown.
- Dimensions: External dimensions without the roof are 354 x 486 cm, and external dimensions with the roof are 378 x 530 cm (length x width). These measurements help you plan the installation space and access to the garage.
- Height: The height ranges from 192 to 269 cm (minimum and maximum), to accommodate the sloping roof and use as a storage and parking space.
- Wall panels: The 10 mm LP SmartSide wood panels are made from a combination of zinc borate, resins, wax and a primed coating. This composition helps improve resistance to warping, temperature changes, high humidity and flexing.
- Timber frame: The 30 x 60 mm timber frame (panel frame thickness) provides stability for the walls and roof. The garage can be insulated to improve comfort and energy efficiency inside.
- Roof: The 12 mm water-resistant OSB-3 plywood roof has a grey bitumen coating. The maximum permitted load is 120 kg/m²; this limit must not be exceeded during use.
- Bituminous roofing: Temporary protection is included. For longer-lasting protection, we recommend installing an additional layer of bituminous shingles over it, following the relevant assembly instructions.
- Electric roller shutter: The 229 x 187 cm (width x height) extruded aluminium shutter provides easy access to the garage with electric operation. It includes 2 remote controls and is ready to connect to standard European Union sockets.
- Doors: The 77 x 180 cm (width x height) doors have a lock, providing separate access and helping to secure the stored contents.
- Windows: 2 integrated glazed windows measuring 14 x 99 cm (width x height) provide glazed areas along the sides of the garage.
- Ventilation: Integrated ventilation grilles help circulate the air inside the garage.
- Gutters: Grey tin gutters are included to direct rainwater away from the roof and complete the external drainage system.
- Total weight: 884 kg. Delivery is made by large lorries to your door, so please check in advance that the vehicle and its load can access the delivery address.
- Assembly and base: The product is supplied unassembled and without a floor. The LP SmartSide panels and timber parts must be painted after installation. A suitable base must be prepared before assembly, as the floor is not included.
- Items included: Assembly kit with screws and hinges, wood finish for the corners, ventilation grilles, grey tin gutters, grey bituminous roof coating, electric roller shutter with 2 remote controls, and a painting kit with 4 litres of Terra Brown paint for the wall panels and 1 litre of white paint to treat the timber parts.
