Product details - Premium timber garage for motorcycles bikes and garden storage 378 x 412 cm Terra Brown Timbela
- Storage: The premium Timbela M990B garage is designed to store motorcycles, bicycles, tools and garden machinery, with 13.03 m² of usable floor space for practical organisation in a protected area.
- Dimensions: External dimensions with the roof are 378 x 412 cm (length x width), and external dimensions without the roof are 354 x 368 cm (length x width). The height is 192/269 cm, measured at the lowest and highest points of the structure.
- Wall panels: The 10 mm LP SmartSide wood panels are reinforced with zinc borate, resins, wax and a primed coating. This combination is designed to improve resistance to warping, temperature changes, high humidity and flexing.
- Frame: The 60 x 30 mm timber frame provides stability to the walls and roof. The garage can be insulated to improve indoor comfort and energy efficiency, provided this is done using an appropriate installation method.
- Roof: The roof is made from 12 mm water-resistant OSB-3 plywood, with a grey bitumen covering and grey tin gutters. Its stated maximum load capacity is 120 kg/m²; this limit must not be exceeded.
- Exterior finish: The exterior is finished in TERRA BROWN. The LP SmartSide panels and timber components must be painted after installation to complete the finish and protect the structure.
- Electric roller shutter: The 229 x 187 cm (width x height) roller shutter is made from extruded aluminium profile and comes with 2 remote controls. It is designed to connect to standard European Union sockets and provides convenient access to the storage area.
- Doors: The 77 x 180 cm (width x height) doors have a lock to secure the garage and protect its contents.
- Windows and ventilation: Two integrated 14 x 99 cm glass windows provide natural light, while ventilation grilles help air circulate.
- Weight and assembly: The total weight is 756 kg. The product is supplied without a floor and is not assembled, so it requires assembly at the installation site.
- Roof covering: Bitumen roofing is included for temporary use. For longer-lasting protection, an additional covering of bitumen shingles is recommended.
- Delivery: Delivery is made by large lorries to the property entrance. Check that the access route can accommodate large vehicles and machinery. A contact telephone number must also be provided; if the carrier cannot contact the buyer, the goods will not be delivered.
- Included: The package contains an assembly kit with screws and hinges, timber corner trim, a painting kit with 3 litres of TERRA BROWN paint for the wall panels and 1 litre of white paint to treat the timber components, an electric roller shutter with 2 remote controls, and ventilation grilles.
