- Wall panels: The 10 mm LP SmartSide wood panels contain zinc borate, resins and wax, and have a primed coating. This technology is designed to improve resistance to warping, temperature changes, high humidity and bending.
- Frame: The 60 x 30 mm wooden frame provides a solid base for the walls and roof. The structure can be insulated, which may help improve indoor comfort and the energy efficiency of the space.
- Roof: The roof is made from 12 mm water-resistant OSB-3 board; OSB-3 is a structural board classification intended for humid environments. It has a grey bituminous covering. The included bituminous roof covering is intended for temporary protection only, and fitting additional bituminous roof tiles is recommended for longer-lasting protection.
- Maximum roof load: The roof can support a maximum load of 120 kg/m². Do not exceed this limit when placing snow, materials or other items on the roof.
- Electric roller shutter: The 229 x 187 cm extruded aluminium profile roller shutter (length x height) opens using remote controls. The doors have a lock, and the electrical connection is suitable for standard European Union sockets.
- Windows and ventilation: Two integrated glass windows measuring 14 x 99 cm (height x width) let natural light into the interior. Ventilation grilles are also included to encourage air circulation.
- Doors and base: The 77 x 180 cm doors (width x height) have a lock and provide access to the interior. The product does not include a floor, so it must be installed on a suitable base for its dimensions and intended use.
- Weight and assembly: The total weight is 756 kg. The product is delivered flat-packed and requires assembly. After installation, the LP SmartSide panels and wooden parts must be painted in accordance with the product's maintenance instructions.
- Delivery: Delivery is by large lorry to the property entrance. Check in advance that the vehicle and its load can access the delivery address. A contact telephone number must also be provided; if the carrier cannot contact the customer, the goods will not be delivered.
- Included items: Assembly kit with screws and hinges, two remote controls for the electric roller shutter, grey tin gutters, wooden corner trim, ventilation grilles, 3 litres of Harvest Honey paint for the wall panels and 1 litre of white paint for treating the wooden parts.
