- Initial cleaning recommendation: Clean frequently during the first 2 to 3 months to remove any residues from manufacturing and installation.
- Water exposure and spacing: Do not immerse in water; for installations in high humidity areas leave a gap of 10 to 20 mm between the boards and columns or walls, and leave a 2 mm gap between boards.
- Board end support and fixing spacing: Board ends must meet a batten or support and be secured with two fixings one on each side, the maximum spacing between battens should be 40 cm and 30 cm for high traffic areas.
- End clearances: Leave at least 10 mm clearance at board ends and 5 mm between the ends of skirtings.
- Substrate: Install on a level surface.
