- Flexible installation: The nozzle line should be positioned around the area to be cooled, with a recommended spacing of 50 to 60 cm between tees to maximise system effectiveness.
- Expandable design: More than 70 nozzles can be installed depending on the pressure and flow rate of the water supply, without reducing spray quality; additional accessories can also be added to extend the installation.
- Filtration requirements: The water must be free from impurities to ensure the system’s durability and reliability; installing a filter is recommended if the supply water does not meet this requirement.
- Seasonal maintenance: At the end of the season, drain the water from the pipe by disconnecting it from the tap, remove the nozzles and protect them with specific plugs to prevent blockages and extend their service life.
- Cleaning blocked nozzles: Soak the nozzles in a 12% hydrochloric acid solution for 30 minutes, then rinse them with plenty of clean water to remove residue and ensure correct operation.
