- 36 cm wide, 36 cm high and 48 cm high for the version with a 25 cm diameter cutting disc.
- Gravity operated.
- Adjustable blade according to desired thickness, up to 15 mm, by means of a rotating handle located on the front base.
- The cutting disc has a fixed guard to prevent accidents.
- Incorporates fixed sharpener easy to use.
- With on/off switch.
- The transmission is by means of a belt.
- Slicing carriage mounted on self-lubricating bronze bushes with a plastic protector.
