- Counterbalanced wall-mounted hood for operation with remote ventilation box.
- Made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel.
- The product measures 450 cm wide x 100 cm deep x 95 cm high.
- With 9 stainless steel louvred filters measuring 50 cm wide x 50 cm deep x 5 cm high.
- It contains a plenum with grilles, distributed along its entire length, for air supply, thus avoiding draughts, as 70% of the air is supplied by means of another ventilation box.
- It has regulating dampers on each filter, which can be used to regulate the suction of each filter, depending on the cooking appliance.
- The extracted air is extracted through another plenum.
- Built with a profile around the entire perimeter to collect oil produced by condensation.
- It has a one-piece grease tray with a screw cap for drainage and cleaning.
- The suction duct is 400 mm and the delivery duct is 500 mm.
