- Wall-mounted hood to operate with ventilation box.
- Made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel.
- The product measures 200 cm wide x 90 cm high x 100 cm deep.
- With 4 stainless steel louvred filters 50 cm wide x 5 cm high x 50 cm deep.
- It contains a plenum with grilles, distributed along its entire length, for air supply, thus avoiding draughts, as 70% is supplied by means of another ventilation box.
- It has regulation dampers on each filter, which can be used to regulate the suction of each filter, depending on the cooking appliance.
- The extracted air is extracted through another plenum.
- Built in profile around the entire perimeter for the collection of oil produced by condensation.
- It has a one-piece grease tray with a screw cap for drainage and cleaning.
