Product description:
- Counterbalanced wall-mounted hood for operation with remote ventilation box.
- Made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel.
- The product measures 400 cm wide x 100 cm deep x 90 cm high.
- With 8 stainless steel louvred filters measuring 50 cm wide x 50 cm deep x 5 cm high.
- It contains a plenum with grilles, distributed along its entire length, for air supply, thus avoiding draughts, as 70% of the air is supplied by means of another ventilation box.
- There are control dampers on each filter, which can be used to regulate the suction of each filter, depending on the cooking appliance. The extracted air is extracted through another plenum box.
- Built in profile around the entire perimeter for the collection of oil produced by condensation.
- It has a one-piece grease tray with a screw cap for drainage and cleaning.
