- Made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel.
- The dimensions of this hood are: 200 cm width x 65 cm height x 100 cm depth.
- With 4 stainless steel louvred filters 500 mm wide x 50 mm high x 500 mm deep.
- These filters are placed in a channel, without intermediate uprights, and in an inclined position.
- Built in a profile around the entire perimeter for the collection of oil produced by condensation.
- It contains a plenum with louvres, distributed along its entire length, for the supply of air, thus avoiding draughts.
