- Made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel.
- The product measures 300 cm wide x 100 cm deep x 85 cm high.
- With 6 stainless steel louvred filters measuring 50 cm wide x 50 cm deep x 5 cm high.
- It has a plenum with grilles, distributed along its entire length, for air supply, thus avoiding draughts, as 70% of the air is supplied by means of another ventilation box.
- It contains regulation dampers in each filter, which can be used to regulate the suction of each filter, depending on the cooking appliance.
- The extracted air is extracted through another plenum box.
