- Central hood to operate with ventilation box.
- Made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel.
- The product measures 250 cm wide x 95 cm high x 200 cm deep.
- With 5 stainless steel louvred filters measuring 50 cm wide x 5 cm high x 50 cm deep.
- It has a plenum with grilles, distributed along its entire length, for air supply, thus avoiding draughts, as 70% of the air is supplied by means of another ventilation box.
- It contains regulation dampers in each filter, with which the suction of each one of them can be regulated, depending on the cooking appliance.
- The extracted air is extracted through another plenum.
- Built in profile around the entire perimeter for the collection of oil produced by condensation.
- It has a one-piece grease tray with a screw cap for drainage and cleaning.
