- With ten 500x500x50 mm stainless steel louvred filters, which are placed in a channel, without intermediate uprights, and in an inclined position, easily removable.
- It contains a one-piece grease collection tray with a screw cap for drainage and cleaning.
- It is built with a profile around the entire perimeter to collect oils produced by condensation.
- It has a plenum with grilles, distributed along its entire length, to supply air and thus avoid draughts, as 70% is supplied by means of another ventilation box.
