- Electric bain-marie made of 18/10 AISE-304 stainless steel material.
- For GN containers up to 200 mm deep.
- With recessed tank, for GN containers, with all internal edges rounded for easy cleaning. These tanks are insulated with fibreglass.
- Equipped with:
- Drainage tap.
- Adhesive heating elements, located at the bottom of the tank, so that the inside is completely clean.
- Working range from 0 to +90 °C.
- 4 wheels of 125 mm diameter, 2 of them with brake.
- Bumper.
- Handle for driving, located on the 67 cm side, where the temperature control is located.
- Digital electronic thermometer-thermostat and luminous on/off switch.
- Stainless steel lower shelf.
- With safety thermostat.
