Main risks

• Possible electric shock or overheating if used or charged in damp environments or with damaged cables/plugs.
• Minor burns from the heat function or from prolonged use on the same spot.
• Pinching and entrapment of skin, fingers, hair or clothing in moving parts.
• Pain, bruising or aggravation of pre-existing discomfort due to excessive pressure or inappropriate intensity.
• Skin irritation or allergic reactions due to prolonged contact with materials or incompatible oils/creams.
• Discomfort from loud noise and intense or prolonged vibrations.
• Risk of interference with pacemakers or other electronic implants.

Safe use

• Read the instructions for your model, start with the lowest intensity and increase gradually only if comfortable.
• Avoid applying to the head, the front of the neck (trachea and carotid artery), over prominent bones or joints without sufficient soft tissue.
• Do not keep the massage on a fixed point; move the device and take regular breaks. Follow the manufacturer’s recommended durations.
• Monitor the surface temperature and stop use if you notice excessive heat, pain, numbness or abnormal tingling.
• Remove jewellery and keep hair tied back and clothing close-fitting to avoid snagging. Switch the device off before changing heads.
• If it is corded, use a mains socket in good condition and keep hands and surfaces dry. Unplug after use.
• Do not fall asleep with the device running, and do not use it while driving or performing tasks that require attention.
• Test on a small area first if you have sensitive skin or are prone to irritation.

Storage and maintenance

• Allow it to cool before storing, and do not cover it during use or charging to allow proper ventilation.
• Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth; do not immerse it or rinse it under the tap. Dry thoroughly before storing.
• Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from moisture, dust and direct sunlight.
• Regularly check cables, connectors, battery and heads. If you notice damage, unusual odours or abnormal noises, stop using it.
• Charge with the cable/charger specified by the manufacturer. Do not charge on soft surfaces or near flammable materials.
• Keep the product and accessories out of reach of children and pets.

Restrictions on use

• Not suitable for children. Older adults or those with reduced mobility/abilities only with supervision.
• Do not use on injured, inflamed or irritated skin: open wounds, burns, bruises, rashes, painful varicose veins or numb areas.
• Avoid use if you have a pacemaker or other electronic implants, if you are pregnant, or if you have serious cardiovascular disorders, thrombosis, epilepsy, fractures or recent surgery, or sensory impairments, unless the manufacturer confirms its suitability.
• Do not use in water, showers or baths, or in very humid environments, unless the model explicitly states this is possible.
• Do not use under the influence of alcohol, sedatives or other substances that reduce sensitivity or attention.
• Do not combine with warming creams or irritating topical products that may increase the risk of burns or irritation.
