Main risks

Safe use
- Check the accessory's compatibility with your device and use it in line with the device manufacturer's recommendations.
- Inspect cables and connectors regularly; if they are frayed, excessively bent or loose, replace them.
- Charge on firm, non-flammable surfaces; do not cover chargers or batteries and ensure adequate ventilation.
- Keep accessories away from liquids and do not use them with wet hands.
- Avoid leaving devices charging for prolonged periods without supervision and keep them away from combustible materials.
- Unplug by holding the connector, never by pulling the cable.
- With wireless chargers, remove metal objects or cards between the phone and the pad to prevent overheating.
- For mounts (including in cars): attach to stable surfaces, check the fixing before each use and avoid obstructing visibility or airbag outlets.
- With headphones, start at a low volume and take breaks to rest your hearing.
- With power banks, avoid impacts, direct heat and sun exposure; if it becomes excessively hot, has an unusual odour or deforms, stop using it immediately.
- Organise cables so they do not cross walkways; use suitable cable guides or organisers.
- Handle glass protectors with care; if they break, remove them cautiously to avoid cuts.
Storage and maintenance
- Store accessories in a dry, cool and ventilated place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Keep connectors clean and dry; wipe with a soft, dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaning products.
- Coil cables without stressing them and avoid sharp bends, especially near the connectors.
- Clean cases and ear cushions with a soft cloth; ensure they are completely dry before use.
- Do not place heavy objects on power banks, chargers, headphones or cables.
- If you are not going to use a power bank for a prolonged period, keep it partially charged and recharge it periodically.
- Replace cracked screen protectors and accessories with excessive play, wear or loose parts.
- Store accessories with magnets away from magnetic stripe cards and sensitive devices.
Usage restrictions
- Keep these products out of reach of young children; supervise use by minors. Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts.
- Do not open, pierce, modify or attempt to repair chargers, cables, headphones or power banks.
- Do not use accessories with visible damage, a burning odour, abnormal heating, swelling or loose connectors.
- Do not use accessories when wet or in environments with extreme humidity (shower, sauna, swimming pool).
- Do not handle accessories while driving or operating machinery; if using hands-free, set it up before setting off.
- Avoid using magnetic accessories near implanted medical devices; maintain a safe distance and follow the implant manufacturer's guidance.
- Do not place mounts in areas that block visibility, air vents or airbag deployment.
- Do not cover chargers or power banks with clothing or blankets, or place them under pillows while charging.
- Do not force connectors or attempt to force-fit adapters.
