  • Heat stress: dehydration, dizziness or fainting due to prolonged exposure to heat.
  • Fire risk from nearby combustible materials or the use of flammable oils or fragrances.
  • Electrical hazard with mains-powered equipment in damp environments.
  • Splashes and steam burns when pouring water onto hot stones.
  • Slips and falls due to wet floors.
  • Carbon monoxide poisoning in saunas with a wood-burning stove and insufficient ventilation.
  • Impacts and glass breakage due to collisions with doors or glazed panels.

Safe use

  • Read and follow the manufacturer's instructions before first use.
  • Do not touch or cover the heater; keep a safe distance and use the supplied guards.
  • Monitor temperature and duration; start with short sessions, take breaks and drink water.
  • Avoid alcohol and substances that affect heat perception or blood pressure.
  • When adding water, do so in small amounts with your arm extended to avoid splashes; do not pour oils, alcohol or flammable liquids onto the stones.
  • If you feel dizzy or unwell, leave calmly and cool down.
  • Use a towel on the bench and remove jewellery or metal objects that may heat up.
  • Keep the heater area clear of towels, wood or other combustible materials.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation and do not obstruct grilles or air inlets and outlets.
  • Do not leave the sauna running unattended; switch it off or disconnect it after each use.
  • Installation and electrical connection of the equipment and heater must be carried out by qualified personnel.
  • For wood-burning models, use appropriate fuel, keep the firebox door closed during use and ensure proper smoke exhaust.

Storage and maintenance

  • After each session, ventilate the interior and allow it to dry to prevent damp and mould.
  • Clean benches, backrests and floors with a soft cloth and non-abrasive products.
  • Periodically check fasteners, hinges, handles and glass panels; if you detect any looseness or cracks, do not use the sauna until resolved.
  • Check that cables, plugs and controls show no visible damage; if you notice any anomalies, stop using it.
  • Keep the heater area clear and remove lint or debris that could ignite.
  • For wood-burning stoves, remove ashes only when cold into a metal container and do not store fuel inside the cabin.
  • If the sauna is outdoors, protect it from direct rain and allow air circulation to prevent condensation.
  • For combustion installations, it is advisable to have a carbon monoxide detector in good working order and test it regularly.
  • If the product is portable or detachable, store it dry, clean and in a ventilated place, away from heat and extreme humidity.

Restrictions of use

  • Not suitable for young children; children should only use it under continuous supervision, with appropriate time and temperature limits.
  • Not recommended for people with cardiovascular problems, uncontrolled hypertension, respiratory disorders, epilepsy, fever, dehydration, or during pregnancy, unless expressly advised by a doctor.
  • Avoid use immediately after a heavy meal or after intense exercise without having rehydrated and cooled down.
  • Do not use the sauna if you have consumed alcohol, drugs or medicines that affect thermoregulation.
  • Do not bring aerosols, solvents, cleaning products, textiles or other flammable materials into the cabin.
  • Avoid solo sessions if you have a history of dizziness or fainting.
  • Do not use electrical devices not rated for hot, humid environments inside the cabin.
