Safety warnings and precautions

Main risks

  • Falls off the trampoline or into the frame.
  • Collisions between users and impacts from loss of control.
  • Uncontrolled landings and injuries from attempts at somersaults or stunts.
  • Entrapment or pinching in springs, joints and zips.
  • Slipping on a wet mat and the ejection of objects left on the surface.
  • Movement or tipping due to wind or an unstable set-up.
  • Tearing or breakage of the mat, springs, net or padding due to wear or poor maintenance.
  • Risks when getting on or off, especially on the ladder or at the edge.

Safe use

  • Place the trampoline on a level, clear surface, away from walls, trees, fences, cables and pools.
  • Before each use, check the mat, springs, padding, net, posts, hardware and anchors; do not use it if there is any damage, looseness or loose parts.
  • Use a properly fitted safety net and padding; keep the entrance closed during use.
  • Allow only one person jumping at a time; make controlled jumps towards the centre and avoid somersaults and acrobatics.
  • Enter and exit through the opening, without jumping to the ground; use the ladder carefully, one at a time.
  • Remove items from pockets and jewellery, and avoid hard or studded footwear that could damage the mat.
  • Keep the jumping surface free of toys, drinks and other objects.
  • Do not hang from or climb on the net or posts.
  • Stop use in rain, frost, strong winds, low light, or if the mat is wet or slippery.
  • Keep people and pets out of the perimeter area while jumping is in progress.

Storage and maintenance

  • Clean the mat and padding regularly and dry them before use to prevent slipping and deterioration.
  • Remove leaves, water and dirt after use to prevent build-up and mould.
  • Check screws, joints, tension and anchors regularly; adjust as necessary.
  • Immediately replace worn, broken or missing parts with compatible spares; do not use the trampoline if protective padding or covers are missing.
  • Protect the equipment during prolonged periods without use with a cover or by removing the net and padding; if possible, store the mat under cover.
  • Secure the frame to the ground; if severe weather is forecast, add additional anchoring or dismantle exposed components.
  • In winter or during snowfall, clear any accumulation to prevent overloading.
  • Remove or lock the ladder when not in use to prevent unsupervised access.

Usage restrictions

  • Follow the age and maximum load stated by the manufacturer; do not exceed the permitted weight.
  • Children must always be under close, attentive adult supervision; set clear rules for use.
  • Limit to one person jumping at a time; pushing, intentional collisions or jumping from external objects are not permitted.
  • Do not use under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or when extremely fatigued.
  • Avoid use with recent injuries, back or neck pain, balance problems, or during pregnancy.
  • Do not use the trampoline as a platform to jump to other surfaces or for advanced acrobatic practice.
  • Avoid clothing with long drawstrings, scarves or necklaces that could get caught.
  • Keep very young children away from the area if the product is not intended for their age.
