Safe use

• Before use, check the condition of wheels, axles, fixings, bed and latches.
• Place the load low and centred; secure it if bulky to prevent shifting.
• Do not exceed the capacity stated by the manufacturer; where none is stated, act with caution.
• Prioritise pushing rather than pulling; use both hands and maintain a stable posture.
• Move slowly, take wide turns and avoid steep slopes or steps.
• Stop and secure the cart before loading or unloading; keep hands clear of moving parts.
• When tipping the bed, hold the latch, stand to one side and do it on firm ground.
• Wear gloves and closed shoes with non-slip soles.
• Use suitable ramps to get over kerbs; do not force it over obstacles.
• If the model allows towing, couple it correctly, observe moderate speeds and do not use it on public roads.

Storage and maintenance

• Clean after use to remove soil, plant debris and moisture; dry it thoroughly to reduce corrosion.
• Periodically check fixings, hinges and latches; tighten or replace damaged parts.
• Check the condition of the wheels and tyres; repair punctures or replace when there is significant wear.
• Lightly lubricate axles and moving parts when necessary.
• Store in a dry, level place; chock the wheels or position it so it cannot roll.
• Avoid placing loads on top during storage that could deform the structure.
• If it is foldable or has a tipping bed, lock the mechanisms before moving or storing.
• Keep the cart out of the reach of children when not in use.

Restrictions on use

• Do not transport people, children or pets.
• Do not use the cart as a ladder, platform or seat.
• Do not use with very hot materials, embers, corrosive substances or anything that could damage the structure.
• Do not operate on stairs, very steep ramps, ice or very slippery surfaces.
• Do not tow with vehicles not intended for it or at high speeds.
• Do not stack the load to a height that limits your visibility or compromises stability.
• Do not operate the cart under the influence of alcohol, drowsiness-inducing medicines or when severely fatigued.
• Do not place hands or feet under the bed or chassis when it is loaded or tipping.
• Do not use the cart if it has cracks, significant play or rust that affects its integrity.
• Do not modify the cart's structure, welds, brakes or couplings.
