Main risks

  • Falls, slips or loss of balance when using balls, rollers, sliding discs or on smooth floors.
  • Snap-back impacts or breakage of resistance bands and tubing when released under tension.
  • Bursting or sudden deflation of balls and unstable cushions due to overinflation, wear, or contact with sharp edges.
  • Muscle overload, sprains or pain due to improper technique, excessive resistance or fatigue.
  • Pinching to hands or skin from rings, rollers or buckles.
  • Irritation or allergies caused by materials (e.g., latex) or by built-up sweat and dirt.
  • Tripping over accessories left on the floor or loose straps.
  • Slipping due to wet or low-grip mats.

Safe use

  • Check each accessory before use; do not use cracked bands, leaking balls, overly smooth mats or deformed items.
  • Choose the appropriate resistance or size for your level and progress gradually.
  • Anchor bands only to fixed, stable and smooth points; keep them away from your face and do not release them under tension.
  • Work on a stable, non-slip surface; dry your hands and mat during the session.
  • Inflate balls and cushions following the manufacturer's instructions; avoid overinflation and contact with sharp objects.
  • Control your movement: avoid sudden jerks and forced ranges of motion; prioritise alignment and smooth breathing.
  • Leave clear space around you and tidy away accessories you are not using to avoid knocks or trips.
  • Remove rings and watches that could cut bands or snag; tie back long hair.
  • Stop exercising if you experience sharp pain, dizziness or tingling. If you are pregnant, injured or have medical conditions, adapt your practice and avoid positions that feel uncomfortable.

Storage and maintenance

  • Store accessories clean, dry and well-ventilated; avoid direct sunlight, humidity and extreme heat.
  • Clean mats, balls and rollers with a damp cloth and mild soap; dry thoroughly before storing.
  • Keep resistance bands away from oils, creams, alcohol or solvents that degrade the material.
  • Roll bands without knots or tension and protect them from abrasion and cuts.
  • Regularly check for wear, cracks or deformation and replace the accessory if it shows damage or loss of grip.
  • Check and adjust the pressure of balls and cushions according to the manufacturer's instructions; avoid incompatible pumps or valves.
  • Keep accessories out of reach of children and pets to prevent misuse or bites.

Usage restrictions

  • These are not toys or suspension equipment; do not use them to hang from, lift loads, climb, or to support static body weight.
  • Do not use bands, rings or straps near the face or eyes, and never under tension when people are nearby.
  • Do not use the accessories on wet, dusty or greasy surfaces, or near sharp edges.
  • Avoid footwear or objects with sharp edges that could damage bands, balls or mats.
  • Do not use the product if it is damaged, excessively worn, or if you notice air leaks in inflatables.
  • Use by minors only under adult supervision.
  • If you have a known allergy to latex or other materials, choose suitable alternatives and avoid skin contact.
  • If you are a beginner or recovering from an injury, limit unstable or high-load exercises until you have sufficient control; consider supervision from a qualified instructor.
