Safe use
- Carry out installation and connections following the manufacturer’s instructions and using qualified personnel to ensure stability and watertightness.
- Check the water temperature with your hand before getting in and avoid sudden changes.
- Do not leave the bath filling unattended and avoid exceeding the overflow level if present.
- Use non-slip mats and, if necessary, grab rails to aid entry and exit.
- Get in and out slowly, with firm support; wipe up any floor splashes immediately.
- Keep the drain area clear and remove small objects that could block it.
- Keep electrical devices away from water; if the model integrates electrical systems, disconnect the power before any cleaning or handling.
- Bath oils and salts can make the surface more slippery; rinse thoroughly after use.
- Do not lean heavily on the rim of the bath or on the shower screen.
Storage and maintenance
- Before installation, store the bath in a dry, flat place, protected from impacts and direct sunlight.
- After each use, rinse and dry the surfaces to reduce soap and limescale deposits.
- Clean with soft cloths and non-abrasive products; ventilate the bathroom and avoid mixing chemicals.
- Periodically check joints, seals and visible connections to detect leaks in time.
- Keep the drain and, if fitted, the overflow clean; remove hair and debris regularly.
- Wash and dry non-slip mats frequently to prevent mould.
- If it features a whirlpool or other systems, follow the manufacturer’s cleaning recommendations and cut the power before any maintenance.
- If you notice cracks, loose parts or instability, stop using the bath until it is repaired or replaced.

- Do not use the bath as a step, seat, shelf or to support loads on the rim.
- Do not place or rest plugged-in electrical devices on the rim or near the water.
- Do not block the drain or, if present, the overflow; avoid covering jets or air inlets on whirlpool models.
- Do not stand on a soapy surface without suitable non-slip support.
- Do not fill with excessively hot water or leave it filling unattended.
- Do not use solvents, very aggressive cleaners or dyes that could damage the surface.
- Do not strike the bath with hard objects or drag heavy items inside it.
