Safe use
- Check the size, weight and type of paper supported by your printer before loading it.

- Fan and separate the pack slightly before loading to reduce static and double feeds.
- Set the tray guides correctly and do not exceed the indicated capacity mark.
- Do not load sheets that are damp, curled, torn, dusty or with loose staples, clips or adhesives.
- If a jam occurs, follow the equipment instructions and do not pull the paper forcibly.
- For heavy reams or boxes, lift them with both hands and with a stable posture.
Storage and maintenance
- Keep the paper in its original packaging until use to protect it from moisture and dust.
- Store it in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources.
- Keep reams in a horizontal position on a flat, firm surface.
- Avoid excessive or unstable stacking; keep stacks low and secure.
- After opening, close the pack or use a resealable bag to prevent it from becoming damp.
- Allow the paper to acclimatise to the print room before use, especially after temperature changes or transport.
- Keep it off the floor and away from potential water leaks.
Usage restrictions
- Do not use this paper in thermal printers or other equipment that requires specific media, unless expressly indicated by the manufacturer.
- Do not use sheets of a size or weight not supported by the equipment, and do not force the tray or feeder.
- Do not bring paper close to open flames, heating elements or sparks.
