Main risks

• Punctures or cuts that may cause sudden deflation and falls.
• Overinflation that may cause sudden material rupture.
• Slips or loss of balance when sitting down or standing up, especially on smooth floors.
• Burns or fire if placed near flames, embers, cigarettes or heat sources.
• Injuries from jumping, running or standing on the inflatable sofa.
• Risk of drowning if used in water as a flotation device.
• Minor finger pinches due to improper use of valves or closures.

Safe use

• Inflate until firm yet slightly flexible; do not exceed the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Place it on a flat, clean surface free of sharp objects; avoid sharp edges and abrasive surfaces.
• Close the valves properly and check there are no leaks before sitting down.
• If using an electric pump, do not leave inflation unattended and avoid wet areas.
• Sit down and stand up carefully; do not jump or stand on the sofa.
• Keep the sofa away from heaters, radiators, barbecues, candles and other sources of heat or sparks.
• Observe the maximum load and the number of people recommended by the manufacturer.
• Keep pets and sharp objects (hard toys, buckles, tools, etc.) away.

Storage and maintenance

• Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid solvents, bleach or abrasive scourers.
• Allow to dry completely before folding to prevent damp and mould.
• Check seams and valves periodically; if you detect small leaks, use the repair kit following the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Do not leave it inflated in the sun for prolonged periods; heat and UV rays degrade the material.
• Store it deflated in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources and frost.
• Fold without deep creases and avoid placing weight on top of the stored product.
• Keep it stored out of reach of rodents and pets.

Usage restrictions

• Children’s use only under adult supervision; do not use as a cot, playpen or bed for babies.
• Do not use as a flotation device or in swimming pools, rivers or the sea.
• Do not use if it shows visible damage, significant leaks, open seams or faulty valves.
• Do not use near open flames, embers, lit cigarettes or heat-emitting appliances.
• Do not use on steeply sloping surfaces or in moving vehicles.
• Do not modify the product or replace valves or parts with items not intended by the manufacturer.
