• Ingestion of small parts, zips, labels or filling if seams break.
• Suffocation from plastic wrappings or other packaging materials.
• Falls or trips if the bed/sofa is placed at height or in walkways.
• Slips due to bases sliding on smooth floors.
• Skin or respiratory irritation from dust, mites or poorly rinsed detergent residue.
• Mould, bad odours and parasite infestation if it remains damp or dirty.
• Overheating or burns if placed next to radiators, heaters or flames; additional risk if the product contains electrical components.

Safe use

• Remove and dispose of all packaging before first use.
• Choose a size suitable for your pet's weight and posture so they can stretch out without overhanging.
• Place the bed/sofa on a flat, stable surface, away from stairs, edges and high-traffic areas.
• Use a non-slip base or mat if the floor is smooth to prevent movement.
• Supervise during the first hours of use, especially with puppies or pets prone to chewing.
• Frequently check seams, fastenings and wear areas; remove the product if there are tears or exposed filling.
• If it includes a cover, keep zips and fastenings well concealed or closed to reduce snagging or chewing risks.
• Keep the product away from heat sources and flames; if it incorporates electrical elements, follow the product instructions and do not cover it completely while it is operating.
• Air the product after unpacking if you notice a strong manufacturing odour.

Storage and maintenance

• Vacuum or shake regularly to remove hair, dust and built-up dirt.
• Wash covers and, where applicable, the filling according to the product instructions; use a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reuse.
• Air the bed/sofa frequently to keep it fresh and free from damp.
• Store in a dry, ventilated place when not in use; avoid damp or condensation-prone areas.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or intense heat that may damage the fabrics.
• Inspect the non-slip base and padding; replace the product if it loses shape, support or shows persistent damage.
• Clean immediately after accidents (urine, vomit) to prevent bad odours, stains and mould growth.

Restrictions of use

• Do not use as a pet carrier or as a toy; it is not designed to withstand heavy jumping or climbing.
• Not suitable for outdoor use unless expressly stated by the product.
• Avoid placing at height with puppies, older animals or those with reduced mobility.
• Do not use if damp, damaged or with exposed filling.
• Do not leave the pet unsupervised if it tends to chew or swallow objects.
• Keep the product and loose parts out of reach of babies and young children.
• Do not place near open flames, heaters, radiators or cables within the pet's reach; if it incorporates electrical components, do not use in damp environments.
