Main risks

• Mild skin irritation during application in people sensitive to the adhesive or to odours.
• Surface damage (paint lifting, marks or residue) when removing the vinyl if the wall is not properly prepared or the paint has not cured.
• Loss of adhesion on wet, textured or dusty surfaces, with the possibility of edges lifting.
• Risk of cuts when using scissors or a craft knife to trim the vinyl.
• Falls due to improper use of stools or ladders during installation.
• Deterioration or heat risk if placed near heat sources (radiators, ovens, hobs) or on appliances that heat up.
• Risk of suffocation from packaging bags and of accidental ingestion of small detached parts, especially by children and pets.

Safe use

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, smooth and free from dust or grease. Perform a test in a discreet area to check compatibility and potential colour transfer.
• Wait until the paint is fully cured before applying. Avoid damp or flaking walls.
• Install with good ventilation to dissipate adhesive odours. Wear gloves if you have sensitive skin.
• Handle scissors or a craft knife with care, cut on a stable surface and keep blades out of the reach of children.
• For large pieces, ask for help to align and avoid wrinkles or bubbles that could compromise adhesion.
• Do not place vinyl over sockets, switches, thermostats, sensors, doorbells, air vents or devices that require access or heat dissipation.
• On glass or doors, avoid covering critical visibility or signage areas.
• In children’s rooms, regularly check the edges to prevent them from lifting and being put in the mouth.

Storage and maintenance

• Store the vinyl rolled with its backing paper, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Keep the product and packaging out of reach of children and pets until installation.
• Clean the vinyl surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasives, solvents, alcohol and scouring pads that could damage it or lift the edges.
• In humid areas (kitchen or bathroom), ventilate and dry splashes to prolong adhesion. Check the corners regularly.
• To remove, peel slowly at a low angle to reduce the risk of lifting paint or leaving residue.

Restrictions of use

• Not a toy. Installation and handling by adults; supervise children during installation.
• Not suitable for floors, steps or surfaces subject to foot traffic unless the product specifically states it is designed for this.
• Not recommended for outdoor use unless specified by the product.
• Avoid applying on porous, highly textured, damp surfaces, with fresh or unstable paint, delicate wallpaper or unsealed wood.
• Keep away from heat sources and open flames; do not use on appliances that heat up.
