Safe use

Storage and maintenance
- Store the weights on a low, stable surface and out of walkways to prevent falls.
- Protect the floor with suitable bases or racks and avoid unstable stacking.
- Dry and clean the handle and body after use to remove sweat and dust; avoid harsh solvents.
- Regularly inspect the handle and surface for cracks, looseness, sharp edges or flaking coating. Do not use the product if you detect any damage.
- Keep the weights away from extreme humidity and heat sources.
- On adjustable models, check the condition of screws/pins and replace them if worn; store with the mechanisms locked.
Usage restrictions
- They are not toys: keep them out of the reach of children and pets; supervise if children are nearby during training.
- Do not use the weights under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you are excessively fatigued.
- Do not perform overhead lifts without solid technique or if the environment does not provide sufficient height and space.

- Do not wear sandals or open footwear; use closed-toe footwear with good sole grip.
- If you have recent injuries, joint pain, balance problems or are pregnant, avoid heavy loads and explosive movements; consider seeking guidance from a professional before resuming or starting training.
