• Exposure to germs and splashes from the toilet, with possible cross-contamination.

Safe use

• Place the toilet brush holder on a level, non-slip surface; for wall-mounted models, ensure the bracket is firmly secured following the manufacturer's instructions.
• Insert and remove the brush slowly to reduce splashing.
• Rinse the brush after use and allow it to drain before storing; if the model has ventilation or a drip tray, use them correctly.
• Empty the cup or tray frequently to prevent a build-up of dirty water.
• Wear gloves for cleaning tasks and wash your hands after handling the brush or holder.
• Use a single type of cleaner at a time and never mix bleach with ammonia, acids or other products; ventilate the bathroom during cleaning.
• Handle glass or ceramic models with care and avoid lifting the assembly by the lid or by the brush.
• Keep the holder in an area where it does not obstruct walkways to reduce trips or accidental knocks.

Storage and maintenance

• Clean and disinfect the cup, brush and drip tray regularly, following the cleaner's instructions and material compatibility.
• Dry the outside of the holder and the floor if drips occur to prevent slips and stains.
• Empty and rinse the container frequently to avoid stagnant water, mould and odours.
• Periodically check the condition of the item; discard it if it shows cracks, chips or sharp edges.
• Check and tighten the fixings on wall-mounted models if you notice any looseness.
• Replace the brush or head when the bristles are deformed or heavily soiled.
• Do not store cleaning liquids inside the holder; keep chemical products tightly closed and stored separately.

Usage restrictions

• Not suitable for children; keep out of reach of children and pets. Supervision is required in households with minors.
• Do not use the brush or holder to clean other surfaces, utensils or food.
• Do not sit on, lean on or use the holder as a step or support.
• Do not fill the cup with mixtures of cleaners, nor leave concentrated bleach in prolonged contact with metals, rubber parts or seals.
• On wall-mounted models, do not hang additional items or exceed the rated load.
• Avoid drilling walls for installation without first checking for water pipes or cables; use fixings appropriate to the wall type.
