Key risks

• Detachment of poorly secured accessories (adhesives, suction cups or screws), leading to possible knocks or falling objects.
• Cuts from breakage or chipping of glass or ceramic parts, and from damaged metal edges.
• Slips caused by drips from soap dishes or dispensers around washbasins, showers and baths.
• Growth of mould and bacteria in toilet-brush holders, soap dishes and tumblers if water or residues accumulate.
• Skin and eye irritation from accidental contact with soaps, gels or cleaners when refilling dispensers.
• Damage to tiles or paint from unsuitable adhesives or poorly executed drilling.

Safe use

• Follow the manufacturer's instructions and prepare the surface: clean and dry it thoroughly before fixing adhesives or suction cups; observe the curing times.
• For screw-mounted installations, use fixings suitable for the wall type and tighten without overtightening.
• Check the hold by pulling gently before placing items and observe the maximum load; do not overload towel rails, shelves or hooks.
• Position soap dishes and dispensers where they will not drip in walkways and clean up any spills immediately.
• Close dispensers tightly after refilling and operate the pump with the stream directed away from the face and eyes.
• Handle fragile parts with care; replace any component that is broken, cracked or has sharp edges.
• When cleaning toilet-brush holders and their stand, wear gloves, avoid splashes and disinfect regularly.

Storage and maintenance

• Wash tumblers, soap dishes and toothbrush holders regularly; empty accumulated water and dry to reduce mould and bad odours.
• For dispensers, rinse the interior before changing the product and avoid mixing remnants of different liquids.
• Clean with a soft cloth and neutral detergent; avoid scouring pads or abrasive cleaners that may scratch or damage the finishes.
• Dry surfaces after cleaning or splashes to minimise staining and corrosion.
• Allow the toilet brush to drain and clean/disinfect its holder; replace it when worn or damaged.
• Periodically check screws, adhesives or suction cups and renew the fixings if they lose their hold.
• Store uninstalled parts in a dry, protected place; avoid impacts to glass or ceramic components.

Restrictions of use

• Do not use the accessories as a support, step or bar to bear body weight.
• Do not hang heavy, sharp or electrical appliances from the accessories.
• Keep small parts, spares and refill liquids out of the reach of children and pets; supervise use in children's bathrooms.
• Avoid placing accessories near sources of direct heat or flames (for example, candles) that could damage adhesives or materials.
• Do not drill in areas where hidden water pipes or electrical wiring may be present.
• Primarily for indoor use; avoid exposure to the elements or frost if the product is not designed for it.
