- Choking from small parts or detachable accessories on models not intended for children.
- Injuries to fingers and feet from contact with moving wheels and axles.
- Risks from improper use of batteries or chargers in electric models (overheating or burns).
- Strangulation from tow ropes or improperly used straps.

Safe use
- Assembly and initial adjustment to be carried out by an adult following the instructions; check screws, fasteners and stability before each use.
- Use on smooth, dry and level surfaces, away from stairs, pool edges, traffic and driveway ramps.
- Observe the weight limit and number of occupants; do not carry passengers in the cargo bed or trailer.
- For ride-on models, wear a helmet and closed-toe footwear; sit properly and keep hands on the steering wheel or handlebar.
- Drive at a moderate speed, slow down on turns and avoid deliberate collisions or steep descents.
- Keep a safe distance from people, pets and fragile objects; do not ride in areas with heavy pedestrian traffic.
- For electric models, charge under supervision, on a firm, non-flammable surface, away from heat and textiles; use only the charger specified by the manufacturer.
- If a tow cord is used, it must be short, controlled by an adult and always kept away from the child's neck.
Storage and maintenance
- Clean after use and dry if it has become wet; avoid immersion and high-pressure jets.
- Store in a dry, ventilated and shaded place, away from heat sources or flames.
- Periodically check wheels, axles, steering, tipping bed/couplings and housings; replace worn, loose or cracked parts.
- Ensure there are no protruding screws or sharp edges; stop use until corrected.
- For battery-powered or electric models, inspect the battery compartment/battery: there should be no leaks, swelling or unusual odour; remove batteries if not used for a long time and do not mix new and used batteries.
- Keep chargers and batteries out of the reach of children when not in use.
- Store small accessories and loose parts out of the reach of children under 3 years.
Restrictions on use
- Observe the age and weight/height recommended by the manufacturer for each model.
- Use under adult supervision, especially for ride-on or electric models and with very young children.
- Do not use on public roads, in areas with moving vehicles, on steep slopes or near deep water.
- Do not exceed the load capacity; do not tow or carry people or pets in the cargo bed or trailer.
- Do not modify the product (motorise items not designed to be, alter batteries, remove limiters or add long cords).
- Do not use without appropriate footwear or with loose clothing or laces that could get caught.
- Do not use in low visibility or at night.
- Remove and dispose of the packaging (bags, cable ties) before play to avoid suffocation risks.
